Independent Living Consultancy Support Coordination was established by Amy, driven by her desire to offer individuals and families a trustworthy, welcoming, and dependable service, especially in the face of complex and unpredictable circumstances. This drive forms the cornerstone of our team's mission: to deliver a top-notch, person-centred, and family-focused service to families across South Australia.
Amy has an in-depth understanding of the Federal NDIS Legislation and maintains close collaborations with various non-government organisations and state government bodies, including SAHealth. She is a dedicated advocate, particularly in guiding individuals through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal process.
After Amy's son became a participant in the NDIS, she was motivated to establish an organisation centred entirely around the needs of clients. Her dedication to assisting others facing the challenges of supporting a loved one with a disability continued to grow, and she aimed to eliminate obstacles hindering the achievement of goals while providing valuable support for those navigating the NDIS. This vision culminated in the formation of Independent Living Consultancy Support Coordination, which has evolved naturally over the years.
Amy leveraged her personal experiences and acquired expertise in the NDIS Pathway to assemble a team that could extend its reach to a broader audience in need of assistance.

We prioritise a trauma-informed, person-centred, and strength-based approach, partnering with our clients to overcome barriers and facilitate opportunities aligned with their objectives.
Our specialisation lies in complex case coordination, and each of our Support Coordinators possesses a distinct area of expertise. We take great care to match clients with the Support Coordinator best suited to help them achieve their goals.
As a unified team, we share a collective passion for supporting vulnerable clients. We draw upon our extensive knowledge to provide unwavering support and guidance to individuals and their families as they navigate the diverse array of support services and resources available to them.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide expert support coordination services to participants with complex needs and/or risks in their environment.

We aim to reduce complexity in the participant’s support environment and help them overcome immediate and/or significant barriers in plan implementation. We work with participants, their families, and carers to identify and understand the barriers impacting the participant’s ability to access, use, and maintain their supports. We find and try solutions to address these barriers, establish a process to overcome these barriers, including prioritising factors that need to be addressed first and what supports need to be in place immediately. We design a service plan which ensures all services can work effectively and cohesively together to help a participant pursue their goals. We establish processes to enable communication, cooperation, and collaboration within the participant’s network of funded and non-funded supports.
